Cortana is capable of sending you a daily "briefing" email before the time that you typically start your day that breaks down your day and helps you be in control of your work day instead of merely surviving it.

  These briefing emails are 100% private and are pulled directly from the information within Outlook. So, you can rest assured that others within your organization, including your IT administrator or manager, can not push content or view your briefing email, which is sent directly to your mailbox.
