So, in 2013, due to growth within the company, Marlow White reached out to Pendello to meet their expanding IT needs.
Our team worked with Marlow White to determine the core functions the infrastructure and servers needed to perform, and prioritized business technology objectives. From this foundation, we were able to leverage cloud-based email capabilities, and server virtualization technology to rebalance the workload being executed on the servers – a strategy that resulted in savings of $10,000 that Marlow had anticipated spending on a new server. In addition, the business technology plan we implemented at Marlow White resolved connectivity issues and strengthened the security framework at their retail location in Washington D.C.

Leverage Law Group, LLC
Leverage Law Group, LLC recently moved all their email from one broadly available cloud provider to Microsoft Exchange Online. Leverage is a local law firm representing primarily national clients in connection with structured finance transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, and has been striving to be paperless in an industry typically overrun by paper.
With efficiency and accuracy as primary objectives, Leverage brought in Pendello to manage their IT infrastructure. Through our thorough Business Technology Assessment process, we were able to uncover limitations of their current email system (a broadly available provider), which was maxing out the firm’s storage capabilities because of the older functionality the system was utilizing.
Moving from this mass provider to Microsoft Exchange Online enabled an exponentially more efficient email strategy with the additional advantages of email redundancy, synchronization across different devices and reduced downtime. Since the implementation, the team at Leverage Law has made even more strides toward their paperless goal.

Riverview Health Services
Riverview Health Services works with the community’s uninsured residents to quickly and efficiently match individuals with the health services they need. Each year, over 2,000 children and adults come to Riverview Health Services for health concerns support including diabetes self-management education and access to free and low-cost prescription medications.
Riverview recently joined Pendello to take advantage of our Active Maintenance program. During their short onboarding, Riverview has already seen the benefits – improved security, performance and accessibility.
