Pendello Solutions is very excited and proud to announce the establishment of the Pendello Solutions Scholarship through DeVry University. The scholarship will be an annual award to support DeVry students who have a combined interest in both business and computer science. We look forward to seeing the positive contributions the winner will make in the future!
Great Plains SPCA
Great Plains SPCA is the Kansas City Metro’s most comprehensive No Kill animal welfare organization. They serve more than 30,000 needy pets annually, which makes them the largest agency in the area. Great Plains recently opened the doors to a new 28,000 square foot location in Independence, Missouri, that has the ability to house approximately 350 animals. Great Plains SPCA sought out Pendello Solutions to design an advanced, state-of-the-art technology system linking the Independence location with their other three locations in Merriam, Kansas. Staff can now move seamlessly among the various locations, increasing productivity, simplifying processes, and reducing costs. More information on the incredible services provided by Great Plains SPCA and ways you can support the organization can be found online at www.greatplainsspca.org.
Congratulations to Great Plains SPCA on their recent expansion and improved technology capabilities!

The agency provides a free diabetes self-management education program, glucose meters and strips, and access to free and low-cost prescription medications.
Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County
Ever wonder what you can do with that old iPad lying around?
Infant Toddler Services of Johnson County (ITSJC) has a wonderful use for them as communications devices for children in the community with severe speech, language, and cognitive delays. The visual medium enables children to develop and enhance the communication capabilities they have with unique, fun and interactive applications. “This contribution would not only help families communicate with their child, but also be a gift that will impact their daily lives and routines for hopefully many years to come,” says Amy Owens, Executive Director.
Here’s how the program works:
- Simply call ITSJC and we will work with you to collect your iPad.
- Pendello Solutions will wipe the device (at no charge to you, or to ITSJC) and perform a basic operations test to make sure the device is functional.
- You (or your company) will receive a tax receipt for your donation.
ITSJC is very active in the community coordinating the delivery of timely, comprehensive, quality services for children aged zero to thirty-six months who have developmental delays or disabilities. Their incredible staff of knowledgeable and caring case managers and clinicians work with “kiddos” throughout the area and would love to use some of your old iPads to help make a difference for these children and their families!
